FREE delivery to Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany on all orders. Netherlands delivery is a flat EUR 30 charge.

Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and may vary during busy periods or public holidays.
Order Processing
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we aim to process and dispatch your order within 2 to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
For Cash on Delivery orders, processing begins immediately upon order placement. No upfront payment is required.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across all our delivery regions. You pay the delivery driver directly upon receiving your order. No online payment is required.
- Available in Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg and Germany
- Payment is made directly to the delivery driver in cash
- The exact delivery date will be communicated by the carrier
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order
Large Item Delivery
As a furniture retailer, many of our items are large and delivered as flat-pack parcels. Please note the following:
- Furniture is delivered to your door (ground floor or building entrance)
- Room-of-choice delivery and assembly are not currently included
- Please ensure your delivery address has suitable access for large parcels
- If you live in an apartment building, please ensure the entrance and lift dimensions can accommodate furniture boxes
Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this on the carrier website to track your delivery in real time. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave a notification card and attempt redelivery. If the parcel cannot be delivered after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us. Please contact our customer service team to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please:
1. Photograph the damage clearly before unpacking further
2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via our contact page
3. Include your order number, photos and a description of the issue
4. We will arrange a replacement or resolution within 5 to 7 business days
